What landmark makes you think of home? Design a bookmark inspired by our buildings and structures.
We have lots of interesting buildings in our cities and spaces, from skyscrapers to bridges, sculptures to lighthouses!
Come along to the Farrell Centre and design a bookmark depicting your favourite landmark. You could also use your imagination to design a landmark of your own!
What to expect form our Weekend Activities
Our Weekend Activities are free, drop-in and suitable for all to get involved in. We will explore themes relating to the Built Environment through innovative makes and challenges.
Expect:
Hands-on Making: experiment with new materials and get creative
Collaborative Working: contribute your make to our Urban Room displays… or take it home with you!
New ideas: Learn new skills and ways of thinking about the place we live.
