Take part in design and build challenges and meet other gamers at the Farrell Centre’s new Minecraft club.
In line with the opening of our new exhibition BUILDING, the Farrell centre will be launching its own Minecraft club. This bi-weekly club will explore the potential of Minecraft as a tool to understand Architecture, Design and City Planning. Farrell Centre staff will set Minecraft design and build challenges for participants and offer a space for gamers and their parents to come together and share the worlds they have created. This programme was developed in collaboration with a group of primary school children.
Inspired by Nature
Many architects look to nature for inspiration, this weeks Virtual Builders look to these architectural examples and think about how we can feed elements of nature into our designs.
