Explore Newcastle Town Moor and its unique history with artist Euan Lynn
Join us for a walk with a difference, around Newcastle’s Town Moor – find out about the colourful history of this vast piece of common land at the edge of the city centre.
We will uncover the radical history (and potential futures) of alternative approaches to land ownership, from The Diggers to the Right to Roam movement. Expect discussions of witch trials, accidental explosions, the Norman Yoke and much more!
