Explore sites from Newcastle Modernist past and present during this programme of walking tours led by photographer Euan Lynn.
In response to our exhibition Concrete Dreams, Photographer, and modernist expert Euan Lynn has developed a series of walks exploring the lost heritage of the Brasilia of the North.
In these guided walks, Euan will provide unique insights and historical context to Newcastle’s Modernist history, as well as practical photographic advice to help you document the experience. From iPhone to Film photography, Euan has experience with a wide range of photographic techniques, bring your preferred camera along and have a go!
The first walk will explore the Central Motorway, T Dan Smith monumental intervention into the City. The tour will be followed by refreshments and discussion back at the Farrell Centre.
