Makers Manuals

Thursday 4 April13.00 – 15.00

Drop-in makes throughout the Summer Holidays, using the amazing STORE Makers Manuals.

Our team will be hosting Makers Manual sessions during the Spring and Summer holidays. These sessions will make use of STORE’s incredible Makers Manuals which have been developed by a group of aspiring and professional artists, architects and designers to encourage everyone to start making from what’s around them.

Farrell Centre staff will provide materials and copies of the manuals, as well as a helpful hand if you get stuck. The manuals provide both a practical guide to making for beginners and experts, and a journey into a designer’s practice.

Examples of makes…

  • Bamboo Coat Hooks
  • Wildflower Bricks
  • Handmade Inks
  • DIY Brushes

Check the Farrell Centre Instagram for updates for details each make.

STORE is an association of artists, architects and designers working between London and Rotterdam towards a common goal: supporting more young people from underrepresented backgrounds applying to creative courses, and addressing the social imbalance in art, design and architecture education. All proceeds from STORE products sold go towards supporting After School Club educational programme for state school students.
