Re-imagine Newcastle’s Metro with drawing and collage!
Inspired by the Metro objects on our exhibition, Concrete Dreams, this weekend we will be designing our own Metro carriage!
If you could redesign the Metro, what would it look like? Using colourful pens and collage materials, design a new metro carriage. You may even want to add some passengers in the windows!
What to expect form our Weekend Activities
Our Weekend Activities are free, drop-in and suitable for all to get involved in. We will explore themes relating to the Built Environment through innovative makes and challenges.
Expect:
Hands-on Making: experiment with new materials and get creative
Collaborative Working: contribute your make to our Urban Room displays… or take it home with you!
New ideas: Learn new skills and ways of thinking about the place we live.
