Concrete Dreams: Opening Reception

Join us for a celebration of the launch of Concrete Dreams and a first look of our exhibition Brasília of the North.

We invite you to a special late opening celebrating the launch of our new project, Concrete Dreams, which explores how Tyneside was transformed during 1960s and 1970s and how we might reimagine the city of today.

During the evening, there will be an opportunity to get a first glimpse of the exhibition, Brasília of the North, which includes a range of iconic exhibits like the vast Newcastle city model, the original model for the Trinity Square Carpark, a Metro ‘cube’, plus maps, books, drawings, photographs and films.

You can expect unique insights from our curators, and a drinks reception.
