Take part in design and build challenges and meet other gamers at the Farrell Centre’s own Minecraft club.
This bi-weekly club will explore the potential of Minecraft as a tool to understand Architecture, Design and City Planning. Farrell Centre staff will set Minecraft design and build challenges for participants and offer a space for gamers and their parents to come together and share the worlds they have created. This programme was developed in collaboration with a group of primary school children.
This week’s theme is Inspired by Nature. Many architects look to nature for inspiration, and this weeks Virtual Builders will look to these architectural examples and think about how we can feed elements of nature into our designs.
