Spread some positivity in this drop-in alternative sign-making workshop!
What if our road signs told a different story? What if they gave more than just directions and instead told us about our community or spread some positivity.
Join us for a drop-in activity re-imaging road signs. The activity will look at the visual language of signage exploring colour, text and language.
This activity will run throughout the weekend with signs displayed in our Urban Rooms. Come in and add your sign to our pop-up exhibition!
What to expect form our Weekend Activities
Our Weekend Activities are free, drop-in and suitable for all to get involved in. We will explore themes relating to the Built Environment through innovative makes and challenges.
Expect:
Hands-on Making: experiment with new materials and get creative
Collaborative Working: contribute your make to our Urban Room displays… or take it home with you!
New ideas: Learn new skills and ways of thinking about the place we live.
